In Person Ordering Policies
 
  • When ordering in-person at an event all payments must be complete and at time of purchase
  • All sales are final once the order has been taken
  • All order information must be provided at time of order and be legible
    • Includes any information that will be included on the product
    • Includes shipping information, where applicable
  • Refunds will only be honored at the discretion of One Rock Studio management and will not be issued for incorrectly ordered items, or items missing information that was not provided during the order process
 
Online Ordering Policies
 
  • When placing an order online the customer must complete the order form correctly and include any pertinent information about the order. (Ex: If a customer orders a sport package of their child and they want the name of the child and/or team name included they must include it during the order process. If not the names will not appear on the order.)
  • Online orders can not be canceled after they have begun the processing phase. (All orders begin the processing phase within 30 minutes of receiving the order (during a normal business day Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm EST.)
